We may offer refunds for eligible purchases within 7 days of the original transaction date, provided that you have not substantially consumed the purchased credits or used the service in a way that prevents a fair refund. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Credits that have already been used to generate videos, promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable, and subscriptions or plans after the billing period has been substantially utilized may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@soraaivideo.net with your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief explanation of your request. We will review your request and respond within 5–10 business days.

4. Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account while the dispute is investigated.
